We envisage to always provide the best training interventions for our clients. The work we produce for our clients must be outstanding at all times. Through continuous research on the skills development landscape, we will have competitive edge within the sector. We intended to be innovative, helpful, accountable, professional and goal driven.
Socio-Economic Development
The business remains committed to the up-liftment of previously disadvantaged individuals and will favour the employment of young black people and where possible black women. It is a known fact that Black women are increasingly becoming the primary breadwinners of households and each household consists of an average of eight people.
Meet The Director
The company was founded by renowned former lecturer. The company is completely driven and directed by a strategist and highly qualified professional. As a result, the company derives its operational prowess and competitiveness from this highly skilled academic. As an educator/trainer of note, the director brings into this company vast experience of teaching strategies and training methodologies that provide quality lifelong learning which is responsive to the rapidly changing demands of life.
Ms. Ntombikayise Eva Mota is a renowned IsiZulu First Additional and Second Additional Language teacher and Leadership and Management trainer who taught in three different institutions for over 20 years. She first taught at The Hill High School for 3.5 years before moving to Wits School of Education (former JCE) in 1997.
Ms Ntombikayise Mota then moved to King David Victory Park, then Roedean School (SA). MS. Mota is a university sessional tutor and part-time educator, a strategist and a trainer in a variety of courses and programmes including, upskilling of African Languages teachers in using ICT, Leadership courses and programmes. Ms Mota is a highly rated motivational and inspirational speaker, trained facilitator, an emerged entrepreneur, a highly committed professional and an astute woman of integrity. Ms Mota holds the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education – University of the Witwatersrand – 1993
- Bachelor of Honours in African Languages– University of the Witwatersrand – 1995
- Bachelor of Commerce – University of Johannesburg 2012
- Master of Management in Public and Development Management: – University of the Witwatersrand 2004
